How to use this
Start your morning without reaching for coffee. This track uses isochronic tones, steady pulses of sound layered under the music, to gently lift your brainwave activity and help clear that groggy, just-woken-up feeling.
How it works
- The tones start low, similar to the state you’re in when you’re still half asleep, then rise steadily over the first 12 minutes.
- Once they reach a livelier, more alert 15Hz range, they settle into a steady rhythm for the rest of the track, keeping you awake and focused without the caffeine crash later on.
How to use this
It’s a good one for first thing in the morning or any time you need a natural energy boost instead of coffee. Listen with your eyes open for the best effect. Headphones aren’t required, but they can help if you’re in a noisy place.
How to listen
- Start the volume around the halfway mark and adjust from there. Loud enough to hear the tones clearly, never loud enough to be uncomfortable.
- Headphones aren’t required, but they can help block out distractions if you’re in a noisy space.
About my process
I build every track using isochronic tones combined with music that carries its own amplitude-entrainment effects, both working toward the same goal.
This is based on small-scale research into focus and increased alertness, plus what I’ve learned from thousands of conversations with listeners since I started in 2006. The effects are claimed to be temporary, fading once you stop listening.
