This is a unique, two-part session with a very specific use so be sure to read these instructions carefully. Use this session prior to a workout or athletic event.
During the first 15 minutes, you should try and visualize yourself getting ready and preparing for an event. Then as you notice the sound of the tones/beats getting faster, start to visualize a winning performance.
When you first use this session; wait one or two hours after the session to begin your activity. Later, you may want to try using it right before your activity to gauge its immediate effects.

Note: Laptop speakers are usually too small to produce enough bass to hear the entrainment tones effectively. So for better sound quality and results, we recommend using external speakers or headphones.

- Headphones are required for this session as it sends different frequencies into each ear. Virtually any headphones will do, as you don't need anything top of the range. Either the small ‘in-ear' earphones or the bigger ‘over ear' headphones are fine.
