This relaxing sleep music track is designed to help you get to sleep fast and enjoy deep and uninterrupted sleep. Soothing delta wave vibrations and isochronic tones have been layered into the music, helping to guide your brainwave activity down to a deep sleep mental state.  Use this track if you struggle to get to sleep or suffer from insomnia.

How does it work?

This track contains isochronic tones on a repeat cycle between 1Hz and 1.25Hz in the low delta frequency range.  See session snapshot image below.

In addition to isochronic tones, amplitude modulation effects have been applied directly to the music.  Amplitude modulation involves a process of distorting the sound to produce vibrations, which vibrate in unison with the frequency of the brainwave entrainment session.  These vibrations can sound very hypnotic and relaxing, making them very effective and ideal for a sleep track like this one.

Isochronic Tones

Each 8-hour sleep session contains isochronic tones which follow and beat at the frequencies shown in the diagram.  I've deliberately made the isochronic tones quite faint in volume so that they are not too disruptive.
