Synchronize Your Brainwaves to the Earth’s Pulse
The Schumann Resonance Suite has been specifically designed to help you tune in to the Earth’s pulse. Each track lasts 60 minutes and will leave you feeling incredibly relaxed and calm.
Each track begins in the Alpha frequency range, and by the time you reach the 10-minute mark, you will have been guided down to the Schumann Resonance frequency of 7.83hz (Theta range).
From there, you are held at the 7.83hz frequency until the end of the 60-minute session. For a shorter session experience, listen up to the point you wish to finish.
If you prefer a track that only beats at 7.83Hz throughout, check out Pure Schumann Resonance here, which contains no ramps and features a pure 7.83Hz beat.
7 Different Background Tracks Included
You get the 7 Mp3s listed below, so you can choose the sound that suits your mood. Each contains the same frequency session but with an alternative background option.
Note: Laptop speakers are usually too small to produce enough bass to effectively hear the entrainment tones. So for better sound quality and results, we recommend using external speakers or headphones.

Listening Instructions
- Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
Ideally, you should be in an area that is free from distraction and as quiet as possible.
- Close your eyes and relax.
- Each track/session lasts 60 minutes, but you can listen for a shorter time by stopping the track whenever you want. However, since the Schumann Resonance frequency doesn’t reach the 10-minute mark, I recommend listening for at least 20 minutes.
As stated, this session is not intended to induce sleep, but it is incredibly relaxing. As you near the end of the session, you will be gently guided back from a deep meditative state into a state of awareness and wakefulness. But you will feel deeply relaxed.
Equipment Required?
Headphones are not required, but using them will often result in a deeper entrainment experience. Any headphones will do, as you don’t need anything top-of-the-range. Either the small ‘in-ear’ earphones or the bigger ‘over-ear’ headphones are fine.
External speakers – If you are listening with a laptop, you will likely find that the speakers are very small, which means it will be hard to hear the Isochronic Tones effectively. So I recommend plugging in some external speakers for laptops.
