Self-talk positive affirmations meditation (just tones), designed for using when you say positive affirmations to yourself, silently inside your head.
How does it work?
This self-programming track contains low Alpha (8.4Hz) isochronic tones, which are designed to guide your brainwave activity down to a relaxed and suggestive mental state.
Ideally, you should have your eyes closed and recite positive affirmations to yourself while listening. If you can’t remember what you want to say, the next best option would be to read the words to yourself from a piece of paper.
It will work better if you say the words in your head and not aloud. Speaking the affirmations aloud will automatically make you feel more alert and awake, thus preventing you from reaching a deeper mental state.
Your aim should be to try and eventually remember the affirmations you want to say by heart. This will help you to say them more effortlessly in your head, which will help you to relax more deeply and enter a more suggestive mental state.
Combining with other sounds
You can choose to either listen to the tones on their own or play them while listening to nature sounds, brown noise or music etc.
Adjust the volume of the tones down to just above the music/sound you are combining them with.
