When to use it
For those times when the work in front of you needs your sharpest thinking. Complex problem-solving, coding, studying dense material, working through numbers. This session is built to help you settle into a state of deep, sustained focus.
Who it’s for
Good for students working through complex subjects, coders and programmers, traders and analysts, or anyone doing detailed problem-solving work. It also works well as general study or focus music if you just want something to help you lock in.
How it works
This is an isochronic tones session (a track that uses evenly spaced pulses of sound to help guide your brainwaves into a steady rhythm).
- Over each 15-minute cycle, the tone frequency rises from 18Hz up to 19Hz, eases back down to 18Hz, then climbs again as the cycle repeats.
- This keeps the beat sitting in a strong, alert range without it ever feeling completely static.

Listening instructions
- Best used during the day or early evening. It’s a fairly stimulating session, so it’s not one for right before bed.
- Headphones aren’t required, but they can help block out distractions if you’re in a noisy space.
- Keep the volume comfortable, loud enough to notice the tones without it becoming distracting.
About my process
I build every track using isochronic tones combined with music that carries its own amplitude-entrainment effects, both working toward the same goal.
This is based on small-scale research into focus, plus what I’ve learned from thousands of conversations with listeners since I started in 2006. The effects are claimed to be temporary, fading once you stop listening.
