What does this mood booster do?
This isochronic tones session helps to correct a hemispheric imbalance that is common in depressed individuals. Persistently depressed people tend to have an overactive right (emotional) hemisphere. This tone session reduces the dominant activity in the right brain hemisphere while increasing activity in the left.
The aim is to try and give more control to the left (logical) brain and reduce irrational and overly emotional thought patterns.
Headphones are essential for this track to work correctly.
This mood booster sends a different speed of isochronic beat into each ear so that you can target each side of the brain differently. You need headphones to isolate each ear. The left ear (which influences the opposite right brain) starts at 14Hz and ramps to 10Hz. The right ear (which influences the opposite left brain) begins at 10Hz and ramps up to 20Hz. In the last 10 minutes of the track, the right ear ramps down to 10Hz to balance both sides.
