Reach a Deep State of Meditation
The health and psychological benefits of meditation have long been recognised. However, the downside is that it requires a lot of time, energy, and practice to do it properly.
Typically, one requires many years of meditation experience to attain the deepest levels of meditation. Until now…
This deep Theta meditation slowly increases up to 5.5 Hz in steps. Many people may find this session so deep that they fall asleep. Others may experience lucid visualisations since this level of Theta is closely correlated with REM sleep.
Listen to these sessions in a quiet, comfortable place, free from distractions, either sitting in a chair or lying down. After the session, close your eyes and take a moment to relax.
How Deep Theta Meditation Music Works
This deep Theta brain entrainment session is designed to help you experience a deeper state of meditation, typically achieved only after many years of practice.
The session begins at the top of the high Alpha range (12 Hz) and guides you down to the high Theta in about 7 minutes. Then, it goes down to deep Theta (5.5 Hz) by the 14-minute mark, holding you for just over half an hour.
Not designed for sleep
As you close in on the end of the session (after 46 minutes), you are gradually removed from the deep Theta state and back into a more aware but relaxed state in high Alpha.
Note: Laptop speakers are usually too small to produce enough bass to effectively hear the entrainment tones. We recommend using external speakers or headphones for better sound quality and results.

Listening Instructions
- Find a comfortable place to sit or lie down.
- Ideally, you should be in a distraction-free area and as quiet as possible.
- Close your eyes and relax.
- As stated, this session is not designed to induce sleep, but it is incredibly relaxing. As you near the end of the session, you will be gently guided from a deep meditative state back into a state of awareness and wakefulness, yet you will still feel deeply relaxed.
Equipment Required?
Headphones are not required, but using them often results in a more profound entrainment experience. Any phone will do, as you don’t need anything top-of-the-range. He is fine with either small ‘in-ear’ earphones or the more prominent ‘over-ear’ headphones.
External speakers — If you are listening with a laptop, the speakers are probably very small, which means it will be hard to hear the isochronic tones effectively. So, I recommend plugging in some external speakers for laptops.
