What it’s for
For long, uninterrupted stretches of work, the kind where you need to dial in your focus and not get pulled away. Good for deep work sessions, studying, or anything that needs sustained concentration over time.
How it works
This is an isochronic tones session (a track that uses evenly spaced pulses of sound to help guide your brainwaves into a steady rhythm) layered under instrumental music.
- Over each 15-minute cycle, the pulse rate moves from 15Hz up to 16Hz, back down to 14Hz, then returns to 15Hz.
- That gentle movement keeps the beat sitting in a range linked with alertness and focus, without it ever feeling repetitive.
Who it’s for
Good for anyone who needs to work, study, read, or write without distraction for an extended stretch. Ideal if you’re settling in for a longer session and want something steady in the background to help you stay locked in.
About my process
I build every track using isochronic tones combined with music that carries its own amplitude-entrainment effects, both working toward the same goal.
This is based on small-scale research into focus, plus what I’ve learned from thousands of conversations with listeners since I started in 2006. The effects are claimed to be temporary, fading once you stop listening.
