Need to push through a hard workout or a demanding task without reaching for caffeine? Audio Sugar Rush gives you a natural energy lift instead.
It pairs upbeat music with isochronic tones, simple pulses of sound played at a steady rhythm. Your brain naturally tries to keep pace with that rhythm, so as the pulses speed up, your energy and alertness tend to rise with them.
Good for:
- Powering through a workout
- Staying sharp during high-pressure or demanding tasks
- A caffeine-free pick-me-up any time of day
How it works
- The track starts around 12Hz and steps up every 6 minutes, climbing all the way to a fast 30Hz pulse by the end.
- It’s one of the most energising sessions we make, built for moments when you need a real boost rather than a gentle lift.
How to listen
- Headphones aren’t required.
- Play at a comfortable volume, loud enough to notice the pulses without it being uncomfortable.
About my process
I build every track using isochronic tones combined with music that carries its own amplitude-entrainment effects, both working toward the same goal.
This is based on small-scale research into focus and increased alertness, plus what I’ve learned from thousands of conversations with listeners since I started in 2006. The effects are claimed to be temporary, fading once you stop listening.
