Brown noise and heartbeat sounds for sleep and deep relaxation.
The heartbeat sound starts beating at 60BPM (beats per minute), then gradually reduces down to 50BPM at the 1-hour mark, which is a good and common heartbeat range for people while sleeping.
The sound of brown noise can be very calming as it can sound a bit like a waterfall or rain. With this brown noise track, I’ve added a filter to the sound which creates an effect that sounds a lot like rushing wind.
Brown noise can be helpful for sleep, insomnia, deep relaxation and even for reducing the symptoms of tinnitus.
How Does Brown Noise Differ from White and Pink Noise?
- White Noise: Sounds like TV static. It uses a random mix of high and low frequencies across the entire spectrum.
- Pink Noise: The higher frequencies are not as loud, so pink noise is generally more pleasant to listen to than white noise.
- Brown Noise: This uses mostly lower frequencies and is the most soothing sound of the 3.
