ADHD High Focus Support and improved focus are designed for use with the widely used Pomodoro Technique, a time management method. The Pomodoro Technique involves working in short 25-minute sessions, followed by a 5-minute break. Each 25-minute session is called a Pomodoro (Italian for tomato).
Francesco Cirillo coined the technique in the late 1980s after using a tomato-shaped kitchen timer as a university student. 5-Minute breaks and alarm notifications: At the end of each 25-minute segment, a notification alarm is played to let you know it’s time for a 5-minute break. Then, at the end of the break, another alarm sounds to signal that it’s time to resume the next work session.
How does it work?
How does it work? Use this isochronic tones session as a study aid or to help you complete a task and get things done more quickly and efficiently. This brainwave entrainment audio session uses beta wave isochronic tones designed to increase focus and concentration.
Both ears start at 10Hz, which gradually ramps up until the 15-minute mark. At this stage, the right ear (left brain hemisphere) receives 40Hz for 5 minutes, and the left ear (right brain hemisphere) receives 14Hz. This cycle is then repeated 9 times over the 2-hour track.
It’s recommended that you take a 3-5 minute break before starting a new session to relax and give your mind a break. Once you’ve completed 4 sessions, it’s recommended that you take a longer break of 15-30 minutes.

Headphones Are Required 🎧
Because this session relies on delivering independent frequencies to each ear to achieve the split-hemisphere effect, headphones are essential. Standard earbuds or over-ear headphones both work effectively.
