Mind Music

The tracks listed in this category use amplitude entrainment effects embedded into the music.  This produces vibrations and distortions which stimulate and influence your brainwave activity in the same way that isochronic tones and binaural beats do.

The sound these effects produce can feel more soothing than the more abrupt sound of isochronic tones.  With tracks in this category, I will often add isochronic tones to the track as well but at a very low volume.  I've found this helps to bolster the impact of the vibrations while still keeping them soothing to listen to.

As the ‘amplitude entrainment' is a bit of a mouthful to say, I'm using the term ‘Mind Music' to refer to that type of effect.
