How should you use this?
Listen to this track anytime you start to feel your stress level rise, or if you are already in a state of high stress. The isochronic tones will gradually lower in speed as the track progresses, which in turn, will help to lower your brainwave activity to a more relaxed and calm mental state.
The track is designed to relax you and calm your mind quickly, then return you back to a more alert state. As the track moves towards the end, the frequency begins to ramp up slightly. This is done so that you are not left in a state of very deep relaxation, which may be problematic if you need to return back to work or some important activity after listening to this.
How does it work?
This is a brainwave entrainment audio session using isochronic tones combined with music. The isochronic tones are the repetitive beats you can hear on top of the music throughout the track. To add further power to the stimulation, amplitude modulation effects have been applied to the music which produces soothing vibrations that are synced with the isochronic tones.

How loud should the volume be?
