Commercial Use and Collaborations
I regularly receive a number of questions and proposals regarding commercial/business use and potential collaborations. I am very grateful when someone considers using my products and potentially working with me in this way. However, my products are only available for personal use, as per my terms of use. I don't make custom tracks or do any kind of collaboration or work for other people, as I prefer to keep my business very simple and just do my own thing.
How and when do I receive my purchase/access my downloads?
- Once you have placed your order and the payment has been successfully processed, you will be automatically transferred to a download page, which contains the links to the mp3 files.
- You will also be sent an automated email receipt containing links to the downloads.
- You will also be able to log into your account area and access the downloads at any time in the future, via the ‘My Account‘ link found in the top left hand menu, using the email address and password you entered when placing your order. Once inside the Account Area, you will see a menu link to your download page.
Important
Please note: If you need to contact me because you are experiencing a problem with downloading, opening or playing the music files etc., please can you give details of what equipment you are downloading to in your message. I.E. A Windows PC, Apple Mac, iPad, iPhone, Android tablet etc., and if you have already tried using the free Zip apps mentioned here. This will help me provide better support for you.
