This is a unique, two-part session with a very specific use so be sure to read these instructions carefully. Use this session prior to a workout or athletic event. When you first use this session, wait one or two hours after the session to begin your activity. Later, you may want to try using it right before your activity to gauge its immediate effects. This is a two-part session.

During the first 15 minutes, visualize yourself preparing for your athletic even, where you are relaxed and confident. When you notice the session's "beats" getting faster, start visualizing yourself during the event, performing perfectly and maintaining your relaxed confidence.

The Zone State - 20 minutes (ambient combination)

This session helps the mind emulate the "zone" state by first bringing the user to a state of profound relaxation, and while still relaxed introducing beta waves to produce the "zone" state, as well as build energy and motivation. A shorter more intense zone stimulation than 'Performance Enhancer'.

This session guides your brain down to a deep, rejuvenating Delta state, where your body naturally starts repairing itself and recovering from the day's activities. This session is not designed to send you sleep, and will gradually bring you back out of Delta to an awake state.

Pre-Exercise Focus 10 minutes (metal crystal bowls)

This session uses deep tones modulating at 12 Hz to produce a feeling of physical power and focus before a workout.

Sports Performance Anxiety - 30 minutes (beach)

Use this session before an athletic event or any other event that may cause performance anxiety. This session uses Alpha to alleviate anxiety, while using Beta frequencies targeting each hemisphere separately to help correct a hemispheric imbalance that commonly occurs before an anxiety-producing activity.
