Listening Instructions

All our music files are supplied as downloadable MP3 files, created to the highest quality.  You can download them onto your iPod/MP3 player, or listen to them directly from your computer.  If you prefer, you can also burn them onto a CD and listen to them using a normal CD player.

Isochronic Tones - Unlike Binaural Beats, Isochronic Tones DO NOT require headphones, but if you have headphones available you may find some sessions more powerful if you use them.  Simply because they allow you to cut out all outside noise and distractions while you are listening.  We suggest you try both methods to see what works best for you.

Just sit or lay down in a comfortable place, that is ideally free from as much distraction as possible ...then just click play and listen, that's all there is to it!
