    • It is imperative that where you are going to study is comfortable and free from distractions, There must be nothing to sway you from the beaten track. No hard, wonky chair and no radio or tv blaring away.
      • Next, make sure that you have all your requirements to hand so that you don't have to keep getting up...more interruption! 
        • It is ideal to have some slow release carbohydrate snacks available eg. fruit, cereal bars and of course water, in case you get hungry. No fizzy drinks or chocolate because after taking these eventually your sugar level will drop thus interfering with your concentration.
          •  It's important to take short breaks every hour or so. If you do something completely different for around fifteen minutes you will return altogether refreshed.
            • Be composed and controlled, stress only brings about errors.
            • Make sure that you revise and prepare well, and if you do the best you can, that's all you can ask.

              • Think outside of the box. Maybe you apply yourself to your particular craft in exactly the same way each time. 'Think outside of the box' as they say. Try alternative ways of doing the things that you always do the same,  just because you always do it that way may be hindering you in thinking of new ideas.  Revisit some old ideas and think of some potentially new uses for them, maybe some up to date changes that you hadn't previously thought of.  You could arrive at that light bulb moment if you come at it from a different angle.

              • Jumpstart your brain.Wherever you usually source your information from, try somewhere completely unrelated to your chosen subject to jumpstart your brain into another direction. Doing this can quite possibly give you the inspiration you need and kickstart your creative mind.

              • Beta-blockers can be used to help reduce some of the physical symptoms of anxiety, like increased heartbeats, palpitations and shaking.  Some beta blocker users report side effects of  excessive tiredness, diarrhoea and nausea.
